1. Adoption of Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March 2020

2. Adoption & approval of the Balance Sheet for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2020 together with Profit and Loss Account and cashflow statement as on that date and Report of the Auditors thereon;

3. Declaration of Un-modified opinion on the Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended 31[st ] March, 2020; and

4. Approval of Directors’ Report for the year ended 31[st] March 2020.
