Notice for Book Closure & 41[ST] Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 41[ST ] Annual General Meeting of the Member of the Visagar Polytex Limited will be held on 30th Day of September, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at “VYANJAN BANQUET HALL” - 46, First Floor, Oshiwara Link Plaza, Next to Oshiwara Police Station, Near Maheshwari Bhawan, Above “ Vyanjan” Sweets, Link Road, Extn, Andheri (West), Mumbai-4000102, to transact the business as set out in the Notice dated 6th day of September, 2024.

NOTICE is further given pursuant to Section 91 of the companies Act, 2013, and under Regulations 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 23rd day of September, 2024 to 30th day of September, 2024 (both days inclusive).Members and all other person concerned are hereby requested to take note of the above and lodge the Share transfer deed(s), if any, duly executed, with the Company and also notify change in their address/bank mandate, if any, to the Company in case the shares are held in Physical form or to their depository Participant(s) (DP) in case the shares are held in electronic form, on or before 22nd day of September, 2024 .
