On July 31, 2020, VirTra, Inc. (“VirTra”) issued a press release announcing that it will hold a conference call on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time to discuss its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020, followed by VirTra’s Virtual Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 5:30 Eastern time. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The information contained in the websites is not a part of this current report on Form 8-K.
