RE: Notice on delay of publishing of Y2019 Annual report and Y2020 Q1 Report

To Whom It May Concern:

We hereby publish that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not able to publish the Y2019 Annual report and Y2020 Q1 Report within deadlines proscribed by the Law on Capital Markets, Articles 462 and 468.

This delay has been caused by the fact that intra-company communication has been significantly affected by restrictions in travel from Zagreb, where the head office is situated and Virovitica, where the accounting department is situated.

Similarly, the described communication issues affected the cooperation with the Company's auditor and submitting the relevant documentation required for audit of the Y2019 Annual Reports. In addition, the Company's auditor itself operated under aggravated conditions, which all resulted with the fact that the Audit Report for Y2019 has not yet been completed.

The Y2019 Annual Report shall in any case be published no later than 30th June 2020, while the Quarterly Report for Q1 Y 2020 shall be published no later than 31st May 2020.
