We hereby publish the information that today Viro tvornica šećera d.d. (Viro) submitted the Pre-bankruptcy Application to the Commercial Court in Zagreb.

The Application is based on the proscribed pre-bankruptcy grounds of threathed illiquidity.

We shall publish further information on this subject upon obtaining the Ruling of the Commercial Court in Zagreb on the Application.
