RE: Notification on freezing of the bank account

To Whoom It May Concern,

We hereby publish the information that today the Company's bank accounts were frozen on the basis of debenture note submitted for enforcement by Erste&Steiermärkische bank d.d. Rijeka, in the amount of HRK 1.500.000,00.

Given the fact we expect an inflow of funds to our bank accounts, we expect defreezing of the bank accounts in a very short period.
