Notice Required Under ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1

Viridis Mining and Minerals Limited (ASX: VMM ) (“ Viridis ” or the “ Company ”) advises that its 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 29 November 2024.
Further information about the Annual General Meeting, including accessing the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum, will be released to shareholders in late October 2024.
The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Announcements Platform and the Company’s website.
The Company further advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for receipt of nominations for the election of directors is 18 October 2024. As such, any nominations must be given to the Company at its registered office by no later than 5.00 pm (AWST) on 18 October 2024.
