Virgin Wines UK plc ("Virgin Wines" or the "Company"), one of the UK's largest direct-to-consumer online wine retailers, announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 26 March 2025, the Company has purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") in the market at a volume weighted average price of 53.09 pence per Share through Cavendish Capital Markets Limited ("Cavendish"). The Shares acquired will, in due course, be held in treasury.
