ADMISSION TO AIM AND FIRST DAY OF DEALINGS

Virgin Wines (AIM:VINO), one of the UK's largest direct-to-consumer online wine retailers, is pleased to announce that admission of its entire issued and to be issued share capital to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Admission will take place and dealings will commence at 8.00 a.m. today under the ticker VINO and the ISIN GB00BN33TR63.
