Vireo Health to Report Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2020 Results on March 25, 2021

MINNEAPOLIS – MARCH 16, 2021 – Vireo Health International Inc., ("Vireo" or the "Company”) (CSE: VREO; OTCQX: VREOF), a leading physician-founded, science-focused multi-state cannabis company, today announced that it will report financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2020 on Thursday, March 25, 2021 before the market opens.

The Company will hold a conference call and webcast to discuss its business and financial results that same day at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (7:30 a.m. Central Time).
