Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the 28t Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholders of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means without the physical presence of Members at a common venue, in compliance with General Circular No. 14/2020 dated 8th April, 2020, 17/2020 dated 13th April, 2020, 22/2020 dated 15th June, 2020, issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/79 dated 12th May, 2020, issued by SEBI ("Circulars"). The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 24th September, 2020 to Wednesday, 30th September, 2020 (both days inclusive), for annual closing (for the purpose of AGM). The Record date for the purpose of shareholders eligible for E-voting is 23-09- 2020 and cut off date for sending the Notice of AGM and annual report for F.y 2019-20 is 28-08-2020.
