We hereby clarify that the Board of Directors have only primarily discussed the merger of five wholly owned subsidiary companies of Vipul Limited along with the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2019. The requisition of Regulation 37 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 shall be complied as and when the scheme of merger etc. are framed/ finalised.
