Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you about the below mentioned changes in the Company’s Senior Management Personnel:

1. Mr. Somasundaram Suriyanarayanan, Vice President – Strategic Projects has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons and he will be relieved from his official duties from the close of business hours of December 31, 2024. The copy of the accepted resignation is enclosed herewith.

2. Mr. Hanumat Sastry, presently working as Vice President – Sourcing is re-designated as Vice President – Procurement and Supply Chain, with effect from December 31, 2024.

We are enclosing herewith the brief details of the aforesaid changes as prescribed under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, as Annexure A .

He specializes in Efficient Sourcing, Optimising Inventory and utilising innovative cost control solutions. He joins us from Britannia Industries Ltd, where in his last role he led procurement for ingredients and packaging and also held critical roles in supply planning and freight management with Britannia. Earlier in his career, he has worked with SC Johnson Products Pvt Ltd., GVK EMRI, Gillette India Pvt Ltd & Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. Hanumat holds an Engineering Degree in Electrical & Electronics from Nagarjuna University and PG in Industrial Engineering form NITIE. He is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS)
