RELEASE OF ASX RESTRICTED SECURITIES FROM ESCROW

22 January 2019 – Jaxsta Limited ( Jaxsta or the Company , ASX: JXT) advises the dates of release of the following ASX restricted fully paid ordinary shares from mandatory escrow:

• 150,000 were released on 15 January 2019;

• 75,000 were released on 19 January 2019;

• 75,000 to be released on 22 January 2019;

• 166,667 to be released on 6 February 2019;

• 2,416,668 to be released on 7 February 2019; and

• 41,667 to be released on 8 February 2019.

Quotation for the shares will be sought by the Company pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 2.8.2.
