RELEASE OF ASX RESTRICTED SECURITIES FROM ESCROW

1 February 2019 – Jaxsta Limited ( Jaxsta or the Company , ASX: JXT) advises that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A the following ASX restricted fully paid ordinary shares will be released from mandatory escrow:

• 41,667 shares to be released on 20 February 2019; and

• 210,024 shares to be released on 27 February 2019.

Quotation for the shares will be sought by the Company pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 2.8.2.
