RELEASE OF ASX RESTRICTED SECURITIES FROM ESCROW

5 August 2019 – Jaxsta Limited ( Jaxsta or the Company , ASX: JXT) advises that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 833,334 ASX restricted fully paid ordinary shares will be released from mandatory escrow on 28 August 2019.

Quotation for the shares will be sought by the Company pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 2.8.2.
