CANCELLATION OF PERFORMANCE SHARES AND UNLISTED OPTIONS

Following recent staff redundancies, the Company wishes to advise that 916,670 unlisted options expiring at 20 cents on 22 December 2015 have been cancelled, and 2,333,333 Performance B Class incentive shares and 2,333,333 Performance C Class incentive shares have been cancelled. Pursuant to the terms of the issue of employee options, 599,999 22 December 2015 options now have to be exercised at 20 cents by January 2013 and 283,331 22 December 2015 options have to be exercised at 20 cents by April 2013. 925,000 options remain exercisable at 20 cents by 22 December 2015.
