Non-cash financing and investing activities

The Company has equity investments with a value of $540,036 as at 31 December 2014 that can be converted to cash as part of a convertible note facility. This instrument was sold on 15 January 2014 for a final realised value of $774,391. The convertible note expires on the 7[th] of March 2015 and carries an interest rate of 6.0%. The note is convertible by the noteholder upon giving the Company thirty days notice at the lower of $0.04 per share or the price of any new Entitlements Issue. The note can be converted by the Company at the expiration date at a price that equals 80% of the trailing 30 day VWAP at the time of expiry.
