The Company’s securities will remain suspended until the Company has complied with Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules in accordance with Listing Rule 11.1.3.

RE: REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Mobilarm Limited (MBO) requests a voluntary suspension in the trading of the Company’s securities, effective immediately. The voluntary suspension is requested pending finalisation of agreements and documentation in relation to the acquisition of Jaxsta Holdings Pty Ltd and the disposition of MRT as announced to the market on 23 May 2018.

The suspension is expected to last until the completion of the transactions as announced and an associated capital raising, expected to close by 15 August 2018 by which time Mobilarm will have issued its Notice of Meeting, Prospectus and relisting compliance documents.

Mobilarm is not aware of any reason why the Company’s securities should not be suspended.
