RELEASE OF ASX RESTRICTED SECURITIES FROM ESCROW

Sydney, Australia, 29 December 2020: Jaxsta Limited ACN 106 513 580 ( Jaxsta or the Company , ASX: JXT) the world’s largest dedicated database of official advises that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A the following ASX restricted fully paid ordinary shares will be released from mandatory escrow:

• 86,760,617 ordinary shares to be released on 28 December 2020

Quotation for the shares will be sought by the Company pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 2.8.2

The Company also advises that 1,000,000 unlisted options will be released from mandatory escrow. The Company will not be seeking to list the options.

This announcement has been made later than required by rule 3.10A due to an administrative error during the Company’s holiday shutdown.
