ASX RELEASE

RELEASE OF ASX RESTRICTED SECURITIES FROM ESCROW

19 February 2019 – Jaxsta Limited ( Jaxsta or the Company , ASX: JXT) advises that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A the following ASX restricted fully paid ordinary shares will be released from mandatory escrow:

• 250,001 shares to be released on 6 March 2019;

• 333,334 shares to be released on 12 March 2019;

• 166,668 shares to be released on 23 March 2019; and

• 416,667 shares to be released on 27 March 2019.

Quotation for the shares will be sought by the Company pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 2.8.2.
