ASX RELEASE

RELEASE OF ASX RESTRICTED SECURITIES FROM ESCROW

21 June 2019 – Jaxsta Limited ( Jaxsta or the Company , ASX: JXT) advises that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A the following ASX restricted fully paid ordinary shares will be released from mandatory escrow:

• 66,668 shares to be released on 12 July 2019; and

• 833,334 shares to be released on 13 July 2019.

Quotation for the shares will be sought by the Company pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 2.8.2.
