Mobilarm Limited is pleased to advise that it has completed the acquisition of Jaxsta Holdings Pty Ltd after raising $5,267,000 of its capital offer and confirmation of the satisfaction of the conditions precedent.

The company is in the final stages of completing the conditions for its reinstatement to trade.
