Entitlement Offer Acceptances

Mobilarm Limited advises that the Entitlements Offer to the Company’s shareholders closed at 5pm (WST) on 11 September 2013, in accordance with the timetable originally announced on 6 August 2013.

Shareholders accepted 12,162,499 new fully paid ordinary shares under the Entitlements Issue.

30,631,884 shares were not taken up, however the Company has accepted applications for 932,237 of these shortfall shares, taking total subscriptions to 13,094,736 new shares and gross proceeds to $ 523,789.

As previously advised the Entitlements Offer is conditionally partially underwritten to the value of A$1,300,000. The Directors reserve the right to place the Shortfall in excess of the underwritten amount within 3 months after the close of the Offer subject to the Listing Rules and any restrictions under any applicable law.

A condition of the underwriting was that certain specified significant shareholders take up their entitlement under the Offer. This condition was not satisfied, which enables the Underwriter, at their discretion, to terminate their obligations under the agreement, should they choose to do so. The Underwriter has been advised the condition was not satisfied. The Agreement has not been terminated at this stage and the Company is in discussions with the Underwriter and significant shareholders, and will advise the market of the results of these discussions.
