CAPITAL RAISING

Mobilarm Limited advises that it has issued 3,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares ( and 1,500,000 free attaching options exercisable at 10 cents each by 13 September 2013) at 5 cents each to raise $ 150,000 in working capital.

The placement was made in accordance with shareholder approval granted at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 29 November 2011, and in accordance with Section 708 of the Corporations Act.
