Mobilarm to acquire leading marine safety business Marine Rescue Technologies (MRT)

Mobilarm wishes to advise that the cash consideration payable to acquire MRT was incorrectly referred to as in the release of today’s date. The cash consideration should state GBP£1.3m, not GBP£1.8m as stated in the release
