Mobilarm Limited advises that 27,984,446 shares have been applied for by shareholders pursuant to the Company’s Entitlements Offer.
The total shortfall arising from the Offer was 36,308,406 shares.
The Offer was underwritten to a maximum shortfall of 42,625,101 shares. The underwriter has today been advised of the shortfall.
