- COMPLETION OF ENTITLEMENTS ISSUE ISSUE OF SHORTFALL SHARES

On 6 May 2011 Mobilarm advised that an Entitlements Issue had closed with a shortfall of 36,308,406 shares.

Mobilarm is pleased to advise that this shortfall has been placed in full. The shares were placed pursuant to the provisions of Rule 7.2 of the ASX Listing Rules.

Receipt of the shortfall funds will provide working capital for the company following the recent successful completion of the acquisition of UK based Marine Rescue Technologies.
