Changes to Company Secretary

Sydney, Australia, 22 July 2020: Jaxsta Limited ACN 106 513 580 ( Jaxsta or the Company , ASX: JXT) the world’s largest dedicated database of official music credits, advises that Shelley Burger resigns as Company Secretary with effect from today. Her resignation is made in connection with the Company’s difficult decision to make the combined role of General Counsel & Company Secretary of Jaxsta redundant. The decision was made in line with the Company’s continued focus on the cost structure optimisation (as outlined in the Core Business Update released on 27 February 2020).

As foreshadowed in the announcement dated 21 July 2020, Jorge Nigaglioni will step into the role of Company Secretary on a permanent basis with effect from today.

Ms Louez Schoorl, CEO and Co-Founder, together with the Board commended Ms Burger for her expertise, professionalism and significant contribution to the Company in the past year. “We thank Shelley for her efforts in shaping Jaxsta’s legal function and her diligent performance of her company secretarial duties. We are also pleased to have Jorge stepping into the Company Secretary role permanently and look forward to working with him in this additional capacity.”
