RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

25 February 2019 – Jaxsta Limited ( Jaxsta or the Company , ASX: JXT) advises that, for personal reasons, Ms Launa Inman has resigned as a Non-Executive Director from the Board of Jaxsta, effective today.

Ms Imnan said she wishes Jaxsta all the best for the future and will be following their journey.

The Board thanks Launa for her considerable contribution as a director and her assistance before re-listing Jaxsta on the ASX and wishes Launa well for her future endeavours.
