ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Appointment of General Counsel and Company Secretary

Sydney, Australia, 12 August 2019: Jaxsta ( ASX: JXT or “ the Company ”), a music technology company developing an online platform to hold official music data, is pleased to announce the appointment of Shelley Burger as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Ms Burger’s appointment follows the resignation of Ms Naomi Dolmatoff as Company Secretary, effective 10 August 2019. Ms Burger will be the primary person responsible for communications with the ASX pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 12.6.

Ms Burger brings more than 12 years’ experience in a wide range of corporate legal affairs, including corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, capital management and contractual advice, as well as corporate governance. She was previously with Gilbert + Tobin and, as a secondee from that firm, advised ASX-listed entities including Telstra and Westpac across an extensive range of corporate transactions and commercial issues.

Chairman Brett Cottle thanks Ms Dolmatoff for her services to the Company and warmly welcomes Ms Burger.
