MANAGING DIRECTOR ROLE:
Following the appointment of Mr Ken Gaunt as Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Mobilarm has decided the position of Managing Director will be left vacant at this stage.
Accordingly, Mr Brenton Scott will step down as Managing Director with immediate effect, however will continue as a Director of the Company.
