Change of auditor

Sydney, Australia, 17 January 2020: Jaxsta Limited ACN 106 513 580 ( Jaxsta or the Company , ASX: JXT) advises that with effect from today in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3 Grant Thornton has been appointed as the auditor of the Company.

The change follows the resignation of the Company’s current auditor, Walker Wayland (WA) Pty Limited, in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act ).

The Board selected Grant Thornton based on their reputation and experience. Grant Thornton is well respected and has vast experience with ASX listed companies in the technology sector.
