In continuation to our communication dated December 15, 2025, regarding the convening of the meeting of Rights Issue Committee on December 16, 2025, we inform you that the meeting, which commenced today at 6.20 P.M is adjourned to Wednesday, December 17, 2025.

The adjournment is to enable the Committee to consider the Issue Price, Entitlement Ratio, Record date, Issue opening and closing dates, and other modalities of the proposed Rights Issue, subject to receipt of the In-principle approval from BSE Ltd.
