Accordingly, Shri Pracheta Majumdar (DIN: 00179118) ceased to be a Director on the Board of the Company at the conclusion of the AGM held on 2[nd] August, 2024, based on the voting result of AGM submitted vide Scrutiniser’s report dated 3[rd] August, 2024.
