The shareholders of VINCI are invited to take part in the Company's Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting, which will be held

on Wednesday 17 April 2019 at 10.00 a.m., Salle Pleyel, 252, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré – 75008 Paris.

The advanced notice of Combined shareholders' General Meeting, including the agenda, the text of the resolutions submitted by the Board of Directors for the approval of the meeting and the principal methods of participating and voting at the meeting, was published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) dated 6 March 2019 under no. 28; the convening notice was published in the BALO dated 27 March 2019 under no. 37.
