Change in the number of shares and votes in Vimian
The number of shares and votes in Vimian Group AB (publ) ("Vimian") increased during July as a result of share subscriptions through the exercise of warrants as part of the warrant program adopted by Viman's Annual General Meeting on 2 June 2022 and through conversion of class C shares into ordinary shares in accordance with a conversion clause in the articles of association. Through the exercise of warrants, the number of ordinary shares in the company has increased by 288,045 and the same number of votes. Through the conversion of a total of 5,057,175 class C shares into the equal number of ordinary shares, the number of votes has increased by an additional 4,551,457.5.
Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 526,903,377 shares in Vimian. 525,964,554 shares are ordinary shares with one vote per share and 938,823 shares are class C shares with one-tenth of a vote per share. The total number of votes in Vimian is 526,058,436.3.
