Subject: Disclosure of Allotment of Secured, Unlisted, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ('NCDs') aggregating to ₹10 Crores on Private Placement basis
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), and in reference to our earlier intimation dated 13th February 2026, we wish to inform you that the Corporate Affairs Committee, duly authorized by the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 4th June 2026, had approved the allotment of 20 (Twenty) Secured, Unlisted, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of the face value of INR 50,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Fifty Lakhs Only) each and aggregating to INR 10,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Crores Only), in dematerialised form and on private placement basis.
The disclosure as required under Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, as amended read with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations is attached herewith and marked as Annexure A to this letter.
