Rederi AB TransAtlantic appoints Erik Hansen as interim CFO

Effective immediately, Erik Hansen is appointed interim CFO for Rederi AB TransAtlantic. This position has been held by Heléne Mellquist since the beginning of 2012 and she has continued in the CFO role since her promotion in October 2012 to CEO Industrial Shipping. A search for a permanent CFO has been initiated.

Mr Erik Hansen holds an MBA INSEAD and an undergraduate degree from Warwick Business School. He has held various executive positions for financial institutions/banks, shipping companies and industrial firms.
