RELEASE FROM THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING IN VIKING SUPPLY SHIPS AB (PUBL)

At the Extraordinary General Meeting in Viking Supply Ships AB (publ) on 12 June

2015, it was resolved, in accordance with the proposal from the Board of

Directors, that a so called subsequent dividend (Sw. efterutdelning) of SEK 0.55

per share, amounting to a total of SEK 97,594,375, will be paid to the

shareholders. The record date for distribution shall be Tuesday, 16 June 2015

and the dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden AB on Monday,

22 June 2015.
