Viking Mines Limited (ASX: VKA) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Viking Mines Limited (‘VKA’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of VKA, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 16 April 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Viking Mines Limited ACN 126 200 280 ( Company ) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement relating to a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 16 April 2021 or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the capital raising.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
