Mariehamn, 2014-12-22 08:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Viking Line Abp STOCK EXCHANGE INFORMATION 22.12.2014, 9.30 AM Viking Line Abp financial calendar for 2015 and change in previously announced publication date. The Board of Directors of Viking Line Abp has decided to delay the publication of its Year-end Report for 2014. The report will be published on Thursday, February 19, 2015, instead of Thursday, February 12, 2015 as announced earlier. An electronic version of the Annual Report for 2014 will be published during the week of March 9 on the Company's website, http://www.vikingline.com/en/Investors-and-the-Group/. The printed Annual Report in Swedish and Finnish will be published during the week of March 23 and will also be sent by post to the Company's shareholders. According to plans, Viking Line's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2015. A separate invitation to the AGM will be issued. An announcement of the AGM's decisions will be published after the AGM has ended. The Company's Interim Reports for 2015 will be published as follows: - The Interim Report for January - March: May 13, 2015 - The Interim Report for January - June: August 20, 2015 - The Interim Report for January - September: November 12, 2015 The Year-end Report and the Interim Reports will be published at approximately 9.00 a.m. Finnish time on each respective date in Swedish, Finnish and English.
