Second payment instalment of the 2024 dividend distribution
At its regular meeting on August 14, 2025, the Board of Directors, in accordance
with the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on April 24, 2025,
decided to distribute a second dividend instalment of EUR 0.50 per share,
totalling EUR 8.64 million. The record date is August 18, 2025, and the payment
date is August 25, 2025.
