Sale of M/V Mariella
Viking Line Abp reached an agreement yesterday with Corsica Ferries SAS,
regarding a sale of M/V Mariella. According to plan, the deal will be completed
and the ship delivered in May 2021.

The sale of M/V Mariella is part of strengthening the company's financial
position. The total sales price is EUR 19.6 million. The vessel's book value as
of 31 March 2021 was EUR 5.7 million. The sale is carried out as a bareboat hire
/ purchase arrangement.

The sale does not entail any redundancies of staff.
