With reference to the captioned subject and in furtherance of the meeting of the Board of Directors held on October 26, 2021, this is to inform you that in accordance with (i) the Letter of Offer dated October 26, 2021 and (ii) in accordance with the Basis of Allotment finalized in consultation with BSE Limited (Designated Stock Exchange) and the Registrar to the Issue, the Rights Issue Committee of the Company has, at its meeting held today i.e December 3, 2021 approved the allotment of 17,69,32,132 Partly Paid-up Rights Equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each at a price of Rs. 1.10 per Rights Equity share including premium of Re. 0.70 per Rights Equity share (on Application) to the eligible applicants.
