Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at its registered office at G-1, 34/1, East Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi- 110026 inter alia,

1. consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year quarter ended September 30, 2021;

2. sale of non-core, non-business assets and utilization of its proceeds for Expansion

   • of business verticals;

3. Constitution of an expert committee for Agro Products & Agro Business activities and certain identified business proposals, its integration with the Company's capabilities and to take appropriate decisions within the decided policy framework, The company has formed the team of experienced and highly qualified professional Mr. Anil Kumar, Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma and Dr. Richa Sharma to submit their feasibility report to Company.

4. any other matter(s) with the permission of the Chair.

Further in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, information regarding closure of Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company is already provided to the Stock Exchanges, where the shares of the Company are listed, vide our letter dated September 30, 2021.
