• i. to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third Quarter (Q4) and period ended December 31, 2020;

• ii. to consider issuance of securities, including issue of securities on Right Basis to the existing shareholder’s of the Company;

• iii. to consider and device a corporate debt reduction programme; and

• iv. any other matter(s) with the permission of the Chair.

Further in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, information regarding closure of Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company is already provided to the Stock Exchanges, where the shares of the Company are listed, vide our letter dated December 31, 2020.
