In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at the Registered Office of the Company at 34/1, Vikas Apartment, East Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi - 110026, inter-alia,:

• i. consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the half year and quarter ended September 30, 2021;

• ii. constitution of an expert committee for re-development of ‘Vikas House’ situated at 34/1, East Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi-110026 in view of the increased FAR in Delhi Master Plan and empower the Committee for availing services of experienced and highly qualified professionals for feasibility report etc and take appropriate decisions within the decided policy framework;

• iii. review of the Company’s ongoing debt reduction program;

• iv. appointment of Factory Occupier and other and authorisation for company’s proposed Unit at Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR;

• v. any other matter(s) with the permission of the Chair.
