The issuer's managementboard, i.e. VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in OżarówMazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as the _quot;Issuer_quot; or _quot;Company_quot;), withreference to the Company's current report No. 7/2024 of January 18,2024, hereby informs that today it has received information about theissuance by the National Depository for Securities S.A.of theannouncement of January 18, 2024 regarding the date of registration inthe securities depository operated by the KDPW of 145,799 series Fordinary bearer shares of the Company (_quot;Shares_quot;).

In accordance with theabove-mentioned announcement, the Shares will be registered in thesecurities depository on January 22, 2024.

Due to the above, withthe registration of the Shares, the condition of introducing the Sharesto stock exchange trading on the main market will be met, resulting fromResolution No. 79/2024 of the Management Board of the Warsaw StockExchange S.A., referred to in the Company's current report No. 7/2024.Pursuant to this resolution, the Shares will be introduced to exchangetrading on the main market on January 22, 2024.
