TheManagement Board of the issuer, i.e. VIGO Photonics S.A. with itsregistered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (hereinafter: the _quot;Issuer_quot;)informs that on June 29, 2023, pursuant to the provisions of §17 point 4of the Company's Articles of Association, Krzysztof Dziewicki wasappointed as a member of the Issuer's Supervisory Board.
KrzysztofDziewicki does not conduct any activity competitive to the activity ofthe Company and its affiliates. He does not participate in a competitivecompany as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership or capitalcompany, nor does he participate in a competitive legal person as amember of its governing body. He has not been entered into the Registerof Insolvent Debtors pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
